  Went there for lunch. No waiting for a table. Food arrive timely and very hot. The chicken club was an excellent choice.

  The most underrated restaurant/bar in Bethesda. Bereft of attitude, Saphire offer delicious half priced appetizers (happy hour), well made drinks, plenty of TVs, and the staff is competent and friendly. A true locals bar and the ideal place to go with a group of friends that want some space to spread out and a crowd to mingle into. Cheers!
