  I'm a devoted Mosaic regular: hair, skin, massage, reiki, the whole total-body thing. When I was feeling lousy last week, just before a big event, I called up and asked for a facial in addition to the haircut and massage I'd already booked. (The facial was even free: I had racked up frequent-customer points.) Sharon worked out a plan on the spot.
  
  They were busy even midweek, so I had a 15 minute break at one point, but even the wait was therapeutic. Deb, the owner-manager, made me a great cup of tea when I arrived. Marie did her usual magic mixed with real kindness, and then Sharon gave me such a great facial that I fell asleep (never mind how tense I was when I walked in) and woke up feeling much better, inside and out. Karen, the stylist, brought me another drink, without my even asking. She's been easing me through growing shoulder-length hair for months now. This time she got it to fall just right and stay there. And my hair is REALLY thick and unruly.
  
  I can't emphasize enough how kind and caring Mosaic is. It's small shop, not glitzy but genuine. The whole staff knows how to balance personalized attention with professional standards. I love it.

  Mosaic is a consistently great experience. It is the only salon that I have ever recommended to family or friends. The hairdressers take their time, make good recommendations, and are fun to talk to.

  Mosaic is a tucked away find right here in Bethesda. I was overseas and in great need of a massage when I landed. I sent an email to Deb about the availability and within minutes I had a massage booked with Marie for that very day.
  
  Marie is the best in Bethesda and trust me I have tried a number of massages at the other great salons in the area. Marie is a gem...well trained, treats the individual needs, has a wonderful energy and calmness about her and will go out of her way to make sure you leave feeling relaxed and stress free.
  
  On a side note they also have great jewelry and a great atmosphere. Try Mosaic if you have not done so already...I guarantee you will become a regular!

  I forgot to make special mention of the fabulous owner, Deb, who created Mosaic and sets the caring tone and high professional standards with great interpersonal skills and genuine care. It is worth going just to meet her. You'll be hooked,for sure!
