  I was really please to see that you can find a restaurant where the food is excellent ( for example the steak), the staff is really nice and available, and that the lounge is really cozy. I really felt in europe with the bar, the music and the food. The prices are perfectly in the price range. The only thing that i find regreting it's that they don't do much publicity so it's always the same people that come

  My fiancee and I went there to have a romantic dinner...or so we thought. From the start, the service was horrible. We were greeted, yes, then left to rot at the table. We waited for at least 20mins before anyone even acknowledged our presence. The food was undoubtedly disappointing. Much too overpriced! Then we decided to have dessert. Well, we decided but we didn't get to eat it because we were waiting for 30mins for it, and no dessert! So, my fiancee and I went to the manager to just pay for our food and cancel our order, the manager didn't even let us finish talking, he walked away. Then the waiter who waited on us even got the nerve to demand a better tip! He should be happy we gave him some. I have been around the country eating out everytime. This place is the worst and I have not had a worst service than this. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone nor will I even dare return here. I have already told my coworkers not to even think about going to this restaurant, unless they want disappointment as a main course. Very poor service, overpriced inedible food, and just a pathetic restaurant. I will not even use the word "Star" in their rating. They should just close and rethink what business they should open.

  I would have given them 0 Stars if that rating existed, but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest you can give. The service was the worst I have ever experienced, especially for the price range of this restaurant, and I have eaten at a lot of places. It took 20 minutes for anybody to come to our table to greet us after we sat down, and then none of our drinks were ever refilled during the entire meal, even after we asked for it. 30 minutes after we ordered dessert, we still haven't gotten it, so we went to the manager/owner to tell him we want to just cancel it, he did not respond, walked past us, and got our waiter. We left the waiter a below average tip because of the terrible service, and he had the nerve to complain about the tip. I would recommend everyone to avoid this restaurant at all costs!

  Staff is very good; food is exceptional and prices are great.
  Julia at the bar is fantastic. Music on Friday evenings by Nicki and Ira is very nice after a busy week.
