  I have a "frequent parker" electronic card, but ... there is no way to add value to this card except to go in person to the garage manager. The manager's hours are such that it is difficult for me to get back to the garage before the office closes at 4:30 PM. Why not provide for electronic value update, as Metro does or at least have a later closing time, so that commuters can easily add value to parking passes?

  Easy to get in and out of. The cops take up too many spots and suck... but then again their cops, what can you do.

  Great garage, but not enough long-term spots. Plus, it is a little bit narrow to navigate, especially when you get all the way to the top and find that there are no spaces left.

  Hint: the further up you drive (4th & 5th floors), the more value you get for your quarter!
